The University of California Office of the President (UCOP) requests each campus provide an annual list of new degree programs, colleges and schools planned for implementation within the next five years.  Beginning in fall 2008, Five-Year Lists are incorporated into annual campus goal statements. 

The Vice Provost, Academic Affairs call to deans and instructions for preparing the Five-Year List are:
