The Provost Operations Committee (PROPS) is advisory to the Executive Advisory Council (EAC). PROPS provides a forum for bringing together senior administrators to discuss key program planning, management and development issues having campuswide impact. In addition, PROPS assists the Campus Provost and Executive Vice Chancellor in formulating and articulating specific administrative and campuswide goals.

Areas of focus for 2005-06 include

State/campus budget
Campus Long Range Development Plan (LRDP)
Compensation issues
Transformation Projects.

The Executive Advisory Council (EAC) will be assisted by six key committees that will meet regularly to discuss major policy issues, advise on operational issues, and through a process of education and discussion provide the necessary background material for informed deliberation within the EAC.
