Project Summary The Business Transformation Program (BTP) is a multi-faceted effort to improve business processes and services and to avoid unnecessary costs. In July 2003, the campus identified twenty potential transformational projects affecting a variety of fundamental campus processes. The Executive Budget Committee's (EBC) recommended an initial subset of five projects as the campus's business transformation effort:
The EBC envisioned that in each of these areas, efficiencies will be gained by standardizing and streamlining processes and by introducing new enabling technology.
