Established in 1996, the mission of the Management Services unit of Planning and Budget is to help organizations plan for and make the changes necessary to meet the strategic goals of their division and the campus.  To do this, we provide management consultation, group facilitation and project management services on a project-by-project basis.

Our projects range from developing policies and systems to reviewing organizations and processes.  Our services may be provided to any department or organization at the request of the division head.  To find out more about the projects we have been or are current involved with please follow our project links.
