ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON FACILITIES
GENERAL INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS
The following information
must accompany requests for action brought to the ACF, as applicable to the
particular request. Please provide
information in writing and be prepared to discuss issues/concerns with the
committee.
- Provide context
- Are there any related projects?
- What is the history of any related projects?
- What was the planning process/assumptions
used in developing the request?
- How does this proposal fit with the academic
goals of the campus/division?
- How does this proposal fit with the campus’
space needs/facilities plan?
- What is the timeframe of the project? How many years out will it go?
- What effect will this project have on future
projects/space decisions?
- What are all the costs associated with the
project (direct and indirect)?
- Who is paying the cost?
- Is there any moving involved? If so, who’s moving in/out? Where?
How? Were these costs
included above?
