Consent Items

1. Non-State Funded Lease

· The Committee is asked to consent to an addendum to the Educational Partnership Center Lease with Dascom Enterprises, Inc. The addendum adds 500 sq ft to the existing leased space at $500 per month. If approved, the lease term will begin April 1st with no charge to UC for having used the space since January 1, 2001.
