2. Location of Chancellor and Senior Administrators Offices

The Committee will be asked to either concur with a plan for the future location of the Chancellor and Senior Administrators offices or to appoint a subcommittee to recommend a future location.

3. Instruction and Research Capacity Space in the future McHenry Library Addition

A commitment made to the Office of the President was to include 50% of instruction and research capacity space in the new Library Addition. David Kliger and Lan Dyson were appointed as co-chairs for the programming committee for the project McHenry Library Addition and Capacity Improvements/McHenry Seismic and Alterations. A subcommittee to the Programming Committee, chaired by Dave Kliger and consisting of the Assistant Deans and Capital Planning has recommended a program for the capacity space. The program includes the Mathematics Department, the Writing Program, the Art History Department, general campus teaching assistant offices, and general assignment classrooms and video conference room. ACF is asked to comment on the recommendation.

4. Non-State-funded Major Capital Improvement Program

A review of what is to be included in the upcoming program will be given (deferred from the October 16 meeting).
