MEETING TIME

Two joint meetings of the Academic Planning Committee, the Academic Support Planning Committee, and the Provost’s Advisory Council will take place on Tuesday, April 10 and Tuesday, April 24, from 8:00am to 12:00pm in the Cowell College conference room.

AGENDA

Review of divisional long-range planning executive summaries.

Each principal officer is asked to briefly present their plan’s highlights in relation to campus goals. Presentations will be followed by questions and general discussion. Committee members are expected to review executive summaries prior to the meeting. In addition to the hard copy materials you have received, summaries are posted at:

The April 10 review will focus on the academic divisions. Each dean is asked to make a presentation of no more than 15 minutes followed by twenty-five minutes of discussion. The presentation order is:

School of Engineering

Division of Natural Sciences

Division of Social Sciences

Division of Humanities

Division of the Arts

The April 24 review includes all academic support units. Each principal officer is asked to present his or her plan for no more than ten minutes followed by fifteen minutes of discussion. The presentation order is:

Undergraduate Education

Graduate Studies

Library

Student Affairs

Business and Administrative Services

Office of Research

University Relations

Campus Provost
