3. Enrollment Management

· EVC Simpson has charged ASPC Chair Hernandez and APC Chair Brown to formulate a new enrollment management policy in an era where present student demand is not congruent with the existing capacity of academic programs. VC Hernandez and his staff will present current recruitment and retention strategies. Based upon the discussion, the APC may recommend to EVC Simpson a reformulation of recruitment and retention policies.
