Enrollment Management. Mechanisms for managing the flow of students into the campus and distributing them among divisions, programs, courses, and sections. We will continue the discussion from the previous meeting with special focus on the possible budgetary implications of adopting enrollment management. (Guest: Kevin Browne; 30 minutes)

Reorganization or Re-alignment of Student Support Services. During the budget discussions this year, some suggestions emerged for reorganizing the units that deliver academic support services. ASPC will discuss appropriate channels for discussing these proposals. (Hernandez and Goff, 60 minutes)
