Agenda:

1. Enrollment Management. Registrar Kevin Browne will present a primer on enrollment management. The committee will discuss the appropriate composition of a joint committee of ASPC and the Academic Advisory Committee to manage the flow of enrollments as the campus fulfills its plan for enrollment growth.

2. Accountability Metrics. Provost Simpson has called for each segment of campus to propose sets of measurements to demonstrate the effectiveness of campus programs. The committee will discuss appropriate indicators for academic support services. [Please review Provost Simpson’s plan with special attention to the eight campus goals he proposes.]
