Linda Kittle will present a summary of the Organizational Culture Inventory (OCI).

CWC will consider how the OCI results relate to the results of the work-life focus groups, and how these results may inform campus actions on work-life issues.

In preparation for this discussion, please think about:

§ How the information from the focus groups might help shape the CWC agenda for the rest of the year.

§ Possible actions/recommendations the committee might take/make in light of this information.

§ Preparation for discussion with Chancellor and Campus Provost.
