Goal: Introduce a number of cross-cutting issues that the campus will face over the next decade.  These issues will be reviewed in more depth at a subsequent PAC meeting after they have been discussed by APC, ASPC, ACF, IT, and CWC.

 

3.  Discussion                          

Leader: Carl Walsh

Goal: Provide advice to principal officers concerning the substance of their executive summaries.

 

Each member of PAC will be asked to respond to the following questions concerning the executive summaries prepared by the principal officers other than themselves.  For each executive summary:

 

How will the proposal programs and services contribute to your vision of the campus in 2010-11?

 

How do these proposed plans affect the goals and directions articulated within your own area? (if applicable)

 

What program(s) or service(s) was (were) most compelling?

 

What questions and issues would you like this principal officer to address in their December submittal?

 

4.  Wrap Up
