Description:

ACF and Capital Planning continue to work on administrative space planning.  With growth and change, the scenarios and possibilities increase.   In an effort to provide some guidance to the Advisory Committee for Facilities, the EVC must decide space management principles – the first is noted above.  What, if any, issue exists with moving in this direction? Do you endorse it?

Enrollment Information Memo

Description:

A number of enrollment issues are critical to establishing the direction for the campus plan.  One that was described briefly at the Friday’s Senate / Administration retreat was the desired mix of graduate/undergraduate students.  We are clear in our resolve to grow graduate enrollments while maintaining high quality undergraduate education.  However, there are numerous phasing and revenue generating strategies that need to be considered to determine exactly how this should be done.  Our understanding of these issues will increase significantly as a result of the academic planning process.
