Draft Leadership Objectives

Description:
The planning process surfaced a number of major broad issues that require sustained attention:  research leadership, graduate education, undergraduate education and infrastructure design and implementation.  Within these priorities and critical to their successful completion, we have also identified a few, overarching items, which transcend the responsibility of any specific principal officer and whose outcome will be transformational to the institution.   PAC is asked to provide initial feedback about this list.

§         Are these the “right” items?  Too many?  Too few?

§         What are your initial thoughts on the deliverables as stated?

§         What is a reasonable process to finalize these objectives and set deliverables?

§         What is PAC’s role, and the role of the PAC sub-committees?
