Current-Year Budget Adjustments

Adjustments to the current-year budget are made in the Financial Information System (FIS):

Permanent Budget Transactions

Transactions that affect the permanent budget are made in the Financial Manager's Workbench (FMW):

Interlocation Transfer of Funds (ITF)

ITFs are used to transfer funds (i.e., budget) from one UC location to another. The ITF Request Form was updated in February of 2020, but requests using the old version of the form will still be accepted.
