Budget & Resource Management
The Budget and Resource Management (Budget) unit supports campus-wide budget activities as well as identifying and allocating the resources necessary for UC Santa Cruz to excel as a major research university. Some on-going responsibilities include:
- Coordination of campus-wide budget planning and advising on budget policy
- Analytic support for the Chancellor and senior leadership, including academic planning
- Completion of standard budget reports and profiles to help inform campus planning processes
- The tracking of faculty recruitment authorizations
