Approved Course Fee Reassessment - ON HOLD until further notice.

***Due to the implementation of the course materials fee funding model, the course fee reassessment is being postponed. Updated procedures and dates will be provided once the reassessment is reestablished. ***

The Miscellaneous and Course Fee Advisory Committee (MCFAC) is charged with developing procedures for the periodic review and re-establishement of fees. In order to comply with policy and develop a better understanding of the need for course fees on our campus, approved course fees will be reassessed every 3 years. Course fees that do not meet the requirements for the establishment of a fee will expire at the end of summer following the fall review.

Due to the number of approved course fees, the reassessment will be divided between 2 years. The Arts Division course fees will be reassessed during the first year and all other units with approved course fees will be reassessed the following year. Please see below for the review schedule.

Please note that this reassessment does not encompass the proposal of new fees or changes to existing fees. Proposals for new fees or changes to existing fees will still go through the regular review process with the MCFAC in February. For additional details about the reassessment please read the December 13, 2018 Email Communication About New Requirement for Approved Course Fees
