Miscellaneous Fees and Course Guides
Presented below are current year guides to miscellaneous fees and course fees, as well as worksheets referenced by the guides. This information is intended to assist units in the establishment and administration of fees and is updated annually along with the Call for Fees letter.
Effective date for newly approved fees or approved changes to existing fees:
Course fees: Fall following the approval. Example: During the 2022-23 review, all newly approved course fees or changes to existing course fees are effective Fall 2023.
Miscellaneous fees: July 1st following the approval. Example: During the 2022-23 review, all newly approved miscellaneous fees or changes to existing miscellaneous fees are effective July 1, 2023.
Updated Miscellaneous Fee Reporting Requirement (Attachment 9) beginning in March 2020.
