Strategic Budgeting Resources

Over the 2006-07 and 2007-08 academic years, a number of strategic budgeting meetings were held to review campus revenue projections and budget needs and to consider campus resource options, as well as to explore possible strategies for ensuring that campus resources are aligned with campus goals and priorities. At a December 2009 budget retreat, principal officers and student, staff, and Senate representatives met to review the budget issues facing the campus, as well as factors that could influence the 2010-11 campus budget.
